The SOIN Issue Tracker link is provided for SOIN Admins so that they can manage and record any issues reported on your school’s system.

For the school’s general user community:

Users please contact your SOIN Administrators to file an Issue with SOIN.
This helps us because
a. We can identify a pattern if more than one user reports the same issue
b. We can work with the SOIN Admin to reach a resolution sooner, in case we need additional information or need to adjust some system wide settings.
c. Your issue will be recorded by the school and by our team
