Yes.

4. Can I login directly to check emails in Google Apps?
No. You need to log in to your school’s SOIN website first. Then click on the MAIL icon or the Check My Email link to access your inbox.

5. How can I transfer my old emails to Google Apps Gmail?
First you need to download old emails to an email client (MS Outlook/Thunderbird) using POP3/IMAP.
Once you’ve downloaded your old emails, you can use the  “Google Email Uploader” tool to migrate emails to your new school email powered by Google Apps.

There are no folders in Gmail. Folders have been replaced by Labels.
